Welcome to WRV Comics. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WRV Comics website, digital comic library, accounts, purchases and related services.
By accessing or using WRV Comics, creating an account, purchasing a comic, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service or purchase digital content from WRV Comics.
WRV Comics is a digital comic platform through which users may discover, purchase, access and read digital comic content. Features, products, prices and functionality may change as the platform develops.
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of the authentication method used to access it.
Where Google or another third-party authentication service is used, you must maintain control of the relevant account and comply with that provider's applicable terms.
You must not create accounts, use payment methods or access content through fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorized or unlawful means.
WRV Comics primarily provides digital comic products. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not represent the sale or transfer of physical copies unless expressly stated.
WRV Comics may update, replace, withdraw or discontinue content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
All comics, stories, characters, artwork, illustrations, animations, designs, logos, branding, written material, audiovisual material, website content and other original creative materials published or made available through WRV Comics are the intellectual property of Williams Realism Ville and/or are used under applicable rights, licenses or authorization.
Except where expressly permitted in writing, no part of the WRV Comics catalog or platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, publicly performed, sold, licensed, sublicensed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
Purchasing or accessing a digital comic does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership of artwork or story content, or any other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
Subject to successful payment and continued compliance with these Terms, a purchased digital comic is made available to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use through the applicable WRV Comics account and supported reading features.
This access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share, mirror, upload or otherwise make purchased digital content available to another person or service.
WRV Comics digital comics are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. To protect the intellectual property, creative work and commercial value of WRV Comics and its creators, you must not capture, reproduce or redistribute purchased comic content through screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, screen-capture software or any similar method.
You must not screenshot, screen record, photograph, copy, extract, reproduce or otherwise capture individual comic panels, pages, sequences, images, text, artwork or other protected portions of a digital comic for the purpose of sharing, forwarding, uploading, publishing, selling, distributing or making the content available to another person or service.
You must not send, upload, post, transmit or otherwise distribute captured comic panels or recordings through messaging applications, social-media platforms, websites, file-sharing services, cloud storage, email, forums or any other public or private distribution channel.
Any attempt to bypass, interfere with or defeat WRV Comics access controls, authentication, payment verification, security mechanisms or other technical protections in order to capture or redistribute protected content is strictly prohibited.
WRV Comics may use technical security measures, authentication systems, access controls and other protective mechanisms to safeguard purchased content. Attempts to circumvent or interfere with these protections may result in loss or restriction of access to the affected content and/or account, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.
If access to a purchased comic is suspended or terminated because of unauthorized copying, screenshotting, screen recording, redistribution or other prohibited activity, purchasing the comic does not create an entitlement to continued access while the violation remains unresolved.
Nothing in this section prevents uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing by WRV Comics.

Prices for digital comics and other paid products are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Payments are processed through the payment provider made available by WRV Comics, including Flutterwave where applicable. A purchase is considered successful only when payment has been confirmed through the applicable verification process.
WRV Comics may use transaction references, payment status and account information to prevent duplicate fulfillment, verify purchases and associate purchased content with the purchasing account.
In some circumstances, a payment may be completed before the corresponding digital access is reflected in a user's account. The transaction may then undergo backend verification and reconciliation.
Where WRV Comics verifies that payment was successfully received but the purchased comic was not unlocked, access will be restored within 24 hours of successful verification, subject to circumstances outside WRV Comics' reasonable control.
Users should not repeatedly purchase the same comic solely because access has not appeared immediately. Contact support so the transaction can be reviewed.
Refunds and payment-related remedies are governed by the WRV Comics Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
WRV Comics Community features are provided for discussion and engagement centered on comics and related creative work. Community participation must remain relevant to comics, chapters, characters, artwork, stories, theories, humor, recommendations, reviews, creators, and other legitimate comic-related discussion.
Users may introduce themselves when doing so is relevant to a comic discussion. For example, a user may state their name or general location while participating in a discussion about a comic. However, Community is not a dating service, matchmaking service, personal advertising service, or a place to solicit personal relationships.
The following activities are prohibited in Community:
Users are responsible for the content they publish, including text, images, replies, reactions, and other Community activity. WRV Comics may remove content, limit features, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate enforcement action when activity violates these Terms, threatens the safety or integrity of the service, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Community participation does not create a right to contact, communicate privately with, meet, date, befriend, or otherwise form a personal relationship with another user. Users must not use Community features to obtain or exchange personal contact information.
Ratings and reviews are intended to provide relevant feedback about WRV Comics titles and the reading experience. Ratings and reviews must relate meaningfully to the comic being reviewed.
Ratings and reviews must be honest and relevant.
WRV Comics may remove, decline to publish, limit the visibility of, or otherwise moderate ratings and reviews that violate these Terms, are materially unrelated to the comic, appear deceptive or manipulated, or create a safety, security, legal, or operational concern.
A rating or review is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. WRV Comics may preserve relevant moderation or security records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the service.
We aim to keep WRV Comics available and functional, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network problems, security measures, payment-provider outages, authentication-provider outages or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
WRV Comics may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized access, payment abuse, intellectual-property infringement, security threats, unlawful activity or material violations of these Terms.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property restrictions and restrictions on unauthorized use of content.
WRV Comics may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, payments, security and other functions. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. WRV Comics is not responsible for independent changes, outages or policies of third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WRV Comics is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device or browser.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WRV Comics and Williams Realism Ville will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of WRV Comics, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of purchased content or material violation of these Terms.
WRV Comics may update these Terms as the platform, products, technology or legal requirements develop. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and the Effective Date may be updated accordingly.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory legal requirements that apply to a particular user or transaction will take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
